1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 360ProX.com or engaging with 360° in any capacity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Services

360° Impact Distribution provides Florida building contractors and trade professionals with access to premium impact windows, doors, and storefronts, along with business growth tools, partner program resources, and support services. We act as a connected partner, not a traditional supplier, providing products, support, and growth resources to enrolled partners. 360° is a wholesale distributor and does not sell directly to homeowners or provide installation services.

3. Partner Program

Participation in the 360° Partner Program is subject to application and approval. Partners agree to use 360° products and services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. 360° reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate partner status at its sole discretion. Participating contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of 360°.

4. Quotes & Orders

All quotes provided by 360° are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quote approval and required deposit or purchase order. Lead times, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be specified on each invoice or order confirmation. 360° reserves the right to require deposits prior to order processing. All payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice.

6. SMS Communications

360° offers SMS text message communications to customers and partners who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us, including appointment confirmations, quote notifications, order updates, and promotional messages about our products and services.

Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number via our partner application form or quote request form at 360ProX.com and checking the SMS consent box provided.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Homeowner Project Requests

Homeowners who submit a project request through the Find a 360° Partner form authorize 360° to review their project information and share it with a participating independent contractor who may contact them. 360° is a wholesale distributor and does not provide estimates, contracting, permitting, or installation services to homeowners. Contractor availability is not guaranteed. Participating contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of 360°.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on 360ProX.com, including logos, copy, images, and design, is the property of 360 HQ LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Mr. Glass is a manufacturer of impact windows and doors and is a separate entity from 360°. 360° is a wholesale distributor of Mr. Glass products, not the manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360° shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. 360° does not guarantee contractor availability, contractor performance, project pricing, installation outcomes, permit approval, or inspection approval.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hendry County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
