Participation in the 360° Partner Program is subject to application and approval. Partners agree to use 360 Degrees products and services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. 360 Degrees reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate partner status at its sole discretion.
All quotes provided by 360 Degrees are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quote approval and required deposit or purchase order. Lead times, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment terms will be specified on each invoice or order confirmation. 360 Degrees reserves the right to require deposits prior to order processing. All payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice.
360 Degrees offers SMS text message communications to customers and partners who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us, including appointment confirmations, quote notifications, order updates, and promotional messages about our products and services.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number via our partner application form or quote request form at 360ProX.com and checking the SMS consent box provided.
