Participation in the 360° Partner Program is subject to application and approval. Partners agree to use 360 Degrees products and services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. 360 Degrees reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate partner status at its sole discretion.

4. Quotes & Orders

All quotes provided by 360 Degrees are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quote approval and required deposit or purchase order. Lead times, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be specified on each invoice or order confirmation. 360 Degrees reserves the right to require deposits prior to order processing. All payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice.
